Today something better than your normal french fries. Before I went vegan I used to eat french fries all the time... so many times that it wasn't normal anymore. When you are changing your lifestyle you can't eat french fries anymore, just not that healthy for you.. but you can make them yourself in a healthier way! Here we go.

A healthier option for your regular french fries

Ingredients ; 
- 2 large sweet potato's 
- 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning 
- 2 tablespoons of Paprika seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Supplies / Preparation ;
- About 10 minutes preparation
- 20 - 25 minutes in the oven

Preparation ;
Preheat the oven at 400 F, ( 200 Graden ) first. Then wash your sweet potato very well. Get a sharp knife and cut the potatoes into fries. Put the finished potatoes in a bowl and throw two teaspoons of lemon juice over it. Mix everything together and throw two teaspoons Italian seasoning and Red peppers Seasoning through it. Mix together until every sweet potato is covert. 

I did not used oil, instead I used lemon juice. You can choose to use oil, but in moderation, this will speed up the fries in the oven. 

Put the fries into the oven for 20-25 minutes on baking paper and in the meantime check if they are ready. Get the fries out of the oven as soon as they are ready. Enjoy!
