As you might know, I changed my really unhealthy lifestyle to a vegan / plant-based lifestyle. 8 weeks ago I wanted to go vegan because of healthy reason and just because I think that this lifestyle is the best lifestyle to have! But I love pizza and unhealthy stuff, so I was really surprised to find out that I could make pizza on my own. I learned that I loved to cook and prepare new dishes so I made my own homemade vegan pizza, and to my surprise it tasted really really good. I am a big fan and I don't want to go back to the unhealthy pizza I ate before.

This dish is full of vegetables, is vegan, free from added sugars and e-numbers.

A healthy vegan pizza to replace your unhealthy regular pizza.

1 or 2 persons. It depends on how hungry your are..
Ingredients Topping ( vegetables of your choice ), I used ;
- Half of a green pepper
- Half of a red pepper
- 4 Medium champions
- 1 tomato
- tomato paste
- Spinach

Ingredients Bottom ;
Get a ready made vegan dough at the supermarket. Look for vegan dough and free of added sugar and e-numbers. For the dutch readers ; Ik gebruik de kant en klare deeg van Tante Fanny ( vers pizza deeg, te halen bij de Dirk of de Albert Heijn ) of Vers deeg voor pizza van de Albert Heijn.

Supplies / Preparation ;
About 15 minutes preparation
20 - 25 minutes in the oven

- Oven
- Baking paper

Preparation ;
Preheat the oven at 400 F, ( 200 Graden ) first. Then pick up your pizza dough and get it ready for the oven. If you have no ready made pizza dough ; Put some flour on the kitchen counter and take some flour on your hands. Put the dough on the flower and roll your dough into a round pizza shape, get the baking paper and put that ready for the oven.

Put this aside and cut the vegetables. Put the vegetables in a bowl so you can go on with the tomato paste. Put this on the dough en spread it around.

Then put all the vegetables on the pizza dough then put the pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Check in the meantime if your pizza is ready. You can of course use vegan cheese, I have not done this. When your pizza is ready take it out of the oven and top it off with spinach, Enjoy!
